Incorporated in 1968, Voith Paper Fabrics India Ltd manufactures and trades paper machine clothing for pulp, paper and board industry[1]
Business Overview:[1][2] VPFV is a subsidiary of VP Auslandsbeteiligungen GmbH, which holds 74.04% of its paid-up equity share capital, while JMV SE & Co. KG is the ultimate holding company. The Company is primarily engaged in the manufacture and trading of paper machine clothing (PMC) for the pulp, paper and board industry, along with fibre-cement sheet-making felts and high-tech textile processing felts. With the addition of forming fabrics, VPFV is positioned as the only Indian manufacturer offering the complete range of machine clothing to paper manufacturers.
