About Promax Power
Incorporated in 2004, Promax Power Ltd is involved in executing turnkey power, substations, transmission lines, and other activities[1]
Business Overview:[1][2] PPL was started with the objective of corporatizing and expanding the business of M/s Promax Technologies, a sole proprietorship. The company acquired the project management and execution business of Promax Technologies on a slump sale basis, through an agreement dated March 31, 2020, valued at ₹ 1.82 crores. Currently, the company is an ISO and OHSAS certified expert in executing EPC projects across transmission lines, substations, electrification, and renewable energy. It is engaged in the business of providing engineering, procurement, construction, project management and commissioning services on a Turnkey basis to the Power Sector
