Delisting & Relisting Trading in the Company’s equity shares, earlier suspended by the BSE due to non-compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015[1][2], has been revoked with effect from January 07, 2026. Pursuant to SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024, and upon compliance with applicable requirements, including payment of annual listing fees, trading in the Company’s securities has resumed in the “XT” group[3] and shall be included under the “X” group with effect from January 20, 2026.[4]
