About Sterling Green Woods
Incorporated in 1992, Sterling Greenwoods Ltd is in the business of Real Estate and Resorts.[1]
Business Verticals: a) Plotted Developments:[1] The company offers plots, on Net Carpet Area, ranging from 150 to 500 sq. yards, designed to suit varied budget segments. It has completed ~50 projects which are situated on naturally elevated land, ensuring zero water logging issues. b) Resort:[2] The company is in the resort business viz. The Greenwoods Lake Resort. This resort is situated on either side of an artificial lake connected by a bridge and is only one of its kind in Ahmedabad. The resort provides rooms, fine dining, banquets & conferences, party lawns, swimming pool, etc.
