Business Overview:[1][2] CMXHL was incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Shriram Industrial Enterprises Limited. It is in the business of Investment and Finance. The company ceased all financial activities, including investment and non-banking finance operations, in FY01 following the rejection of its application by the Reserve Bank of India to continue as an NBFC. Since then, it has remained dormant without any active business operations.
